The Birkman Method Assessment
This tool is a motivational assessment that identifies the usual behaviors, needs, and stress behaviors of everyone who takes it. It has been validated by the National Science Foundation and has a data base of 750,000 people. Millvale uses the Birkman to establish a non-judgmental work environment, provide insight into motivation, and offer articulate language for resolving conflict.
The 360-Degree Assessment
The 360-Degree Assessment measures perceptions about a person: what people really think about the way a person performs his or her day-to-day job. It's a poll that's done safely and anonymously. Millvale's consultants have discovered that what others think about a teammate's work determines that person's and the team's possibilities. Therefore, knowing what those perceptions are is essential to growth.
