Claire is a specialist in organizational development. She has made her name solving tough problems for executives from every sphere of the business world. She started her career with a Fortune 500 company and then moved into executive positions within non-profit organizations until she co-founded her own consulting firm in 1980. Claire has taught career development and organizational behavior at the University of California, San Diego, St. Louis University and Stanford University School of Business.

The primary focus of Claire’s current work is developing leaders and their teams. Her passion is working with multi-national companies, helping senior executives find their most authentic style of leadership. She maintains offices in both the United States and in Mexico.

Kim D. Hansen

Kim was born to Danish parents and grew up in South America, Europe and the United States. He is a multilingual, cross-cultural executive who has conducted business in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. Kim has over 35 years of successful international management, leadership and sales experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, telecom and environmental industries. His organizational management and consultation skills extend into the outsourcing, transportation, relocation and securities industries. His current activities in Mexico City include serving as Chairman of the Board for a network provider.

Adriana Vila-Rota

Adriana has been a senior executive and partner in leading Mexican consulting firms. Her work in Mexico and Latin America is widely regarded as innovative in organizational development, organizational culture, leadership and team building. She created the Centro de Liderazgo de las Mujeres, CELIM (Women’s Leadership Center), the first of its kind in Latin America. Today, Adriana focuses her work on diversity leadership development and team building in communities and organizations in the United States, Mexico and Latin America.

Patrice “Pete” Parsons

Pete embodies Millvale’s goal of helping teams work well together to fulfill an organization’s ultimate strategic and stakeholder engagement goals. In a business and public service career that spans over 30 years, Pete has served as a leader, manager, mentor, strategist, speaker, executive board member and fund development professional. In her experience at the highest levels of private, governmental and nonprofit sectors, she has brought to bear effective, integrated approaches to innovation, change management, staff empowerment, productivity and interdisciplinary partnerships. She has led sweeping, large scale infrastructure changes, shifts in practices and culture while instilling values of trust, integrity and loyalty with key local and national business and community partners. As leader of a 75+ person team with a $200M budget she navigated its social and environmental impact to create sustainable and triple bottom (profit, people and planet) accountability–the cornerstone of her career and approach to changing lives.

Pete resides in Houston with her husband who is an independent recording artist. She enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren and enjoys being outdoors experiencing nature.
